Who we are

Steven DiLibero, Esq., established the firm in 1991. Today it represents clients across Rhode Island and Massachusetts from its office in downtown Providence, with a practice built on criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury, along with business and real estate matters.

We appear in Rhode Island and Massachusetts state courts, in the federal district courts for Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, and in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, and Third Circuits. Our office is at 130 Dorrance Street, steps from Rhode Island Superior Court, with parking nearby.

How we work

We sit with people in courtrooms when the stakes are everything they have. We take on hard cases: federal indictments, serious felonies, and claims against insurers, dealers, and contractors who think you’ll walk away. You won’t, and neither will we.

Where we practice

Our office is at 130 Dorrance Street, in the heart of the downtown Providence legal district.

We are a two-minute walk from the Garrahy Judicial Complex and a short walk from the Frank J. Licht Judicial Complex, home to the Rhode Island Supreme Court and Providence County Superior Court.

Most of the Rhode Island courts we appear in are a short walk from our office. We also appear in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts.
